The President Chair of the Upson Series Lectures approached me about updating their logo. It was outdated; she was looking for something modern that incorporated both the veterinary and agriculture colleges. This was a fun project for me, because it was for my Alma Mater. I went with the staple KSU purple, faded into black. I did a vector image of book pages to represent the lectures, combined the logos literally onto one another, and used the vector wheat on either side to balance it out.
